FOX FM JOURNALIST DONATES TO DADEASE BECE CANDIDATES Mr. Kofi Adade, a senior Journalist of Fox 97.9 FM, a local based radio station in Kumasi and Assembly member designate for Dadease electoral area in the Sekyere Kumawu Districct has donated items worth thousands of Ghana cedis to Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) candidatesfrom Seventh Day Adventist (SDA),Salvation Army and D/A schools at Dadease at a short but colorful ceremony.

Items donated include; mathematic sets, pen, pencils among other items to encourage them to go through the exams successfully. It would be recalled that, Mr. Adade recently honored his pledged to sponsor the best candidate in the last year’s BECE.

The beneficiaries’ candidates took turns to express their profound gratitude to Mr. Adade for his kind gesture.

Mr. Kofi Adade promised that, he will continue to use his lobbying skills to support the community in all his endeavor.He advices the candidates to concentrate on their books and desist from all forms of examination malpractices. He promised again to sponsor any candidate who secure or obtain aggregate 6-10 in the BECE results.He encourages them to shun fear because with God all things are possible.

Apart from that, he also recently donated several items and undisclosed amount of money to support the Committee watch-committee in the Dadease to help reduce crime rate to the barest minimum.

The move was to assist those who have volunteered and devoted their precious time to fight crime in the community, especially at night. Madam Akua Manu, a member of the volunteer group  lauded the yet to be Assembly member of the area for the support. According to her, touch light, reflectors, boots to fight crimes have been their major problem since the group was formed. Adding that, Kofi Adade’s kind gesture will boost their moral  to work tirelessly.
